I’m Claire Stone the owner of Stepping Stone Fitness & fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor.

Fitness has been my thing since I was 12 years old. Energetic, always on the go, and maybe even a bit too lively for my friends and family, I found my calling in the world of health and physical well-being.

For me, it's not just about exercise; it's about feeling alive
